In town
We personally deliver our own merchandise. We have a minimum purchase fee of $30 for an
item to be delivered. Delivery charges are extra and will be given to you at your time of
purchase. To ensure that your delivery is received by the recipient in the freshest and most
beautiful condition possible, we require a phone number for the recipient so that we may call
ahead to ensure someone is home. No, we aren't trying to spoil the fun of the delivery, but
we can't leave a fresh floral arrangement outside in either extremely cold or hot weather. We
also don't want to take the chance of any critters, domestic or wild, getting to your gift before
the recipient can!
Out of town
We are a Teleflora member flower shop. We can send flowers through other member florists
anywhere in the world. Have ready when you call for an out-of-town order: Recipient's Full
Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone number and TWO floral choices. This will ensure that
the filling florist is able to accommodate your request.

Have you ever sent flowers out of town using one of the big guy's websites only to find out
you didn't quite get your value or worse yet the flowers were delivered in a cardboard box?
Yes, we've heard that one before and we have a solution for you. Just call us instead. The
big guy's website's show you the price of the floral arrangement and that's what you think
you're getting. Beware! The filling florist has to take out of that dollar amount their delivery
fee and the big guy's website is going to charge you a processing fee out of your
arrangement. So you ordered a $50 arrangement, but by the time the processing and
delivery fees were assessed, your recipient probably got a $30 arrangement instead. Just
call us and we will walk you through the fees so you know up front what you are sending out
of town. While we can't say you will have no fees, we want you to at least be aware of them
so you get your full flower value.
Special Days
Valentine's Day - The flower of the day is roses, but we offer a tremendous amount
of other fresh and lovely products. If it's roses you want and absolutely have to have,
please order early!! If we can deliver a day or so before the big day, that's all the better.
Mother's Day - So the Swan Valley Florist Mom's get to enjoy Mother's Day, we do not
deliver on Mother's Day Sunday. We deliver to Mom all week long, with the bulk of the orders
going out all day Saturday.
